MEASURING YOUR UPPER ARM
- Cut out an even strip of paper, string or our JB Sizer.
- Wrap the paper or string around your upper arm where you would like your cuff to sit.
- Mark the spot where it meets. Measure the distance with a ruler or soft measuring tape (in inches).
- Reference the cuff circumference in our measurement chart to determine your ideal arm cuff size.
