Whether it's from a history of heavy earrings or a poorly positioned piercing, too-low earring holes can cause a sagging look that you're not into. One of the easiest ways around this is to choose lightweight earrings—and that's a key factor in all JENNY BIRD designs. Our earrings are designed to look impactful, but are hollowed out so that they don't weigh your lobes down. Some of our styles also come with lobe-lifting earring backs, also sold separately, that help your earrings sit in just the right spot.

Where you want your necklace to sit is entirely a matter of personal preference. Some styles are quite flexible (a chain necklace looks great grazing the collarbones or hanging a couple inches below), while others have more traditional placements, like a choker at the base of your neck, or a long pendant or lariat that falls near or past the bust.
