U.S. Returns
We will happily accept full-priced merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery, when accompanied by the original sale confirmation. Items purchased at full price with a discount code are eligible for return as a refund or JB Credit, for the dollar amount paid.
Gift Cards, Pre-Styled Anklet Stacks, Super Solvers and sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
To process a free return within Canada and the Continental U.S., you must use our Returns Portal. Any shipping labels created or shipping costs incurred outside of our Returns Portal will not be reimbursed.

EU Right to Withdrawal
If you're shopping with us from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer protection law. This means you may cancel all or part of your order, for any reason, within 14 days from the day you receive your order, unless a statutory exception applies. Gift cards are excluded from this 14-day withdrawal period and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to submit a withdrawal:
Let us know within that 14-day window using the form below.
Ship your return order in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll refund the full amount of your order, including original shipping and duties costs, to your original payment method.
Please note: you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label.

Which countries qualify for withdrawal?
This right to withdraw applies to customers placing orders from within the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). EU member states include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. EFTA countries, which are also covered, include Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Please note that the United Kingdom is not part of the EU or EFTA, and is therefore not covered by this policy.
Other International Returns
At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders. If you are an international customer and need to make a return, please email hi@jenny-bird.com to initiate the return process.
Exchanges
At this time, we are not offering exchanges on items purchased from jenny-bird.com and jenny-bird.ca. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact them to initiate that process.
