THE FIRST OF FALL
Mia, played with tubing on the workbench in Toronto.
Jenny referenced her large collection of vintage tubular hoops, while, at the same time,
focusing on making the concept new again.
Above: one of the first pieces designed was this v-shaped arm cuff; it was, ultimately, cut from the final lineup.
Jenny's focus was to interpret the trend, so that the brand delivered it in a unique way.
It is made up of three groupings; the Lolas, the Ossies, and Rogue.
One commonality runs through them: the two-layers of tubing (which allowed for two-tone!)
The tubes are cut, formed and prepared separately, and then bonded together.
It takes double the time for the factory to make these earrings vs. just a single tube earring.
The great thing about tubing is that, because it is hollow, it is lightweight, but remains strong
because the shells are very strong.
THE MATERIALS

Rhodium-dipped brass
Surgical Steel Posts
A First: The large Lola Collar features a seamless, hidden magnetic closure at the end of durable silicone tubing.
THE OSSIES
Rogue was purposely designed for the edgier birdgirls.
The circular charm is also constructed with layered tubes, and is meant
to resemble a door knocker.
