Gently wipe your diamonds, emeralds and gold jewelry with a soft, microfiber cloth to remove skin oils, lotions and environmental residue.
Storage
Fasten chains and store each piece separately in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratching or tangling.
Tip
Avoid storing in the bathroom or near sources of moisture, as humidity can accelerate tarnishing or affect any delicate components, like clasps or chains.
How to Clean Diamonds
1. Brush
Soak your diamonds and gold jewelry in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap (free of ammonia, sulfates, bleach or moisturizers) for a few minutes to help loosen and remove dirt.
2. Clean
Gently brush using a clean, soft toothbrush, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. It is also safe to use an ultrasonic cleaner to polish your diamonds and gold jewelry.
3. Dry
Dry completely with a soft, microfiber cloth before wearing, then store in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratching.
How often should
I clean my fine?
If worn daily, we recommend cleaning your pieces once a week. If wearing on occasion, aim to clean them once or twice a month.
How to Clean Emeralds
1. Brush & Buff
Using lukewarm water and a small amount of mild dish soap, gently clean your emeralds with a soft cloth or a very soft toothbrush. Note: Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners to polish your emeralds.
2. Rinse & Dry
Follow up with a good rinse. Pat the stone dry completely, then store it in its own soft-lined box or pouch.
WHAT TO KNOW
Handle these stones with a little extra care. Emeralds are softer and more brittle than diamonds, and can chip or crack if they are dropped.

14K Yellow Gold
We use solid 14 karat recycled yellow gold for its ideal balance of durability and rich color, making it perfect for everyday wear. With a strong commitment to responsible luxury, our pieces are thoughtfully sourced to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high quality and strength you expect from fine jewelry.
14K White Gold
Our white gold products are finished with rhodium plating to enhance brightness and surface durability. We use only recycled gold to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high quality expected of fine jewelry.
Our Commitment
We partner exclusively with manufacturing suppliers who are certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). The RJC is a global, not-for-profit organization that sets rigorous standards for responsible business practices across the jewelry supply chain—from sourcing to finishing.
We use SCS-certified recycled 14k gold in our Fine jewelry. SCS Global Services certify that environmental and ethical standards have been met. Through using reclaimed materials, we reduce the impacts of traditional gold mining, while still delivering the same beauty and quality.
Warranty
Our warranty for the Fine Collection covers select pieces for 2 years from purchase date. This policy offers a replacement of the same product for manufacturing defects at no charge. If the product is no longer sold, we will issue a store credit for the dollar amount paid. We do not offer repairs. Our Fine Collection warranty does not include replacement of lost items, or items damaged from regular wear and tear or improper care.
