Are your pieces heavy?
Keeping our designs lightweight is foundational to our design. Many pieces are hollowed out to be as comfortable as possible, with either a brass or stainless steel base — metals known to be incredibly light. Additionally, many of our larger earrings come with our Lobe Lifters, to lift up the earring as well as your piercing.
Do you have easy returns?
We want you to be obsessed with your order. If for any reason you’re not, full priced items (and full priced items purchased with a discount code) are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your product. We provide free returns for orders purchased in Canada and the continental U.S., and our 5-star Client Care team will ensure your return experience is fuss-free.
Are your pieces tarnish-free?
Brass base metal pieces should avoid prolonged exposure to water. Stainless steel pieces are water-resistant, which means you can shower, sweat and swim in them.
What materials are used?
Brass is the base metal used for the majority of our pieces, as well as water-resistant stainless steel. The base metal is then plated in 14K gold, platinum or silver.
