Are your earrings heavy?
No! The Florence Earrings weigh 8.62g / 0.3oz, and their balanced design gives them a very lightweight feel. If you have a lower piercing or would like some lobe support, you can pair this design with our Lobe Lifters. For an even lighter option, the Minis weigh in at 5.26g / 0.18oz.
Can I wear the earring both ways?
The earrings can be worn to appear as if the hoops are climbing up or down your ear. It comes down to personal preference - we encourage you to try wearing the Florence Earring both ways to find your fave way to wear.
Where are the pieces made?
Most of our jewelry is manufactured in Qingdao, China. The scenic port city of Qingdao is located on the east coast of China in the Shandong province just South-East of Beijing.
It is of the utmost importance to owners Jenny and Adam that our products are sourced and manufactured responsibly. We only work with manufacturers or business partners of any kind that believe is conducting their business in a socially responsible manner. We mandate factory partners to conduct regular social compliance audits.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Follow these simple steps to keep your jewelry looking its best:
Limit exposure to water, personal care and beauty products.
Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing or showering.
Store pieces separately.
P.S. Keep the small square of anti-tarnish paper in your package and store with your jewelry for up to six months.
We are committed to producing top quality jewelry with superior plating thickness. However, if your pieces are exposed to the products or water as per above, some tarnishing may occur. Additionally, your own pH may impact the life cycle of your jewelry.

Yes! We want you to be as happy as possible. Full priced items (or full priced items purchased with a discount code) are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your product.
