Beautiful Earrings and Exceptional Service
I had been looking at these earrings for many months so when they came on sale for 40% off I had to buy them. I was thrilled when they came. The next day when I was putting them on I accidentally dropped one on the bathroom counter and after that it wouldn’t close anymore. I was so distraught that I could no longer wear them after having them for only one day! I called the Jenny Bird company right away but I really didn’t expect them to do anything for me because the damage was basically my fault. As it was the Saturday of a long weekend I left a message for someone to call me. Early Tuesday morning I got a call from a lovely lady from Customer Care and when I told her what happened she said ‘No problem. I’ll send you a replacement pair today.’ I couldn’t believe that they would be so gracious about it! The replacement earrings were sent by expedited shipping absolutely free and I got them the next day! I think this is an exceptional company with high quality jewelry and would highly recommend them.
