Toni Collar Necklace

I bought a choker from Jenny Bird some years ago but it was reviewed as too small, and alas, it was too small for me as well. My 14-year-old daughter wears it beautifully, but I was sad that I couldn't make it work. I was thrilled, then, when this choker became available. I bought the gold one. My neck is 14.3 inches around, so chokers with a 14.5" or larger inside diameter fit me. This one seems to be around 15". It sits above my collarbones. The slight bend at the hinges lets it "drape" over the shoulders a little so it conforms to the body even though it's one solid piece. My only complaint is that it's a bit too shiny for me, in the liquidy manner of gold-tone jewelry. I like a brushed or slightly worn gold surface better; something about it seems more authentic. But it's not enough of a ding to take it from 5 stars to 4. I want the silver one after I get my next paycheck.
