Pretty, but tends to get indentation during wear.

A very nice piece, yet I must qualify that the chain tends to get a little indentation during general wear. I was told by customer service that this is common with this chain, and to run my finger over the chain to smooth out any deviations. It mostly works, but for this reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star. As a side note, I’ve loved the other 3 pieces I’ve ordered for friends.
